About Gray 

Moving from architectural design to an M.A. in art history, my Ph.D. research centers on the construction of social norms in the built environment. My objects of focus come from the modern history of the built environment in the United States and I draw analytic frames from disability studies, critical whiteness studies, settler colonial studies, history of medicine, and trans studies.
